I want a program that has a teeth whitening feature and a sun tan feature. I had a program on my PC that did those things and can’t find one for my new mac!

Adobe Photoshop Elements.

I use photoshop and acdsee photo manager 10. ACDSee works a little easier than photoshop if its just simple stuff. Anything remotely difficult goes to photoshop. Its generally just easier to fix blemishes and such with ACDSee. Good Luck.

I need something like Photoshop exact. I dont want to download anything onto my mac. I dont even care if it wont set a viruse onto my mac.I just want a website where you just click click & open file & get strait to the point editing the picture. Pixlr did not work so please. dont give me that.Plus i want it to be free. i dont feel like signing up for anything really. unless its easy.

those two both have lists of good photo editing sites with descriptions or pictures of each. they’re not gonna be exactly like photoshop, but you can probably figure out how to use them to do what you want to do.

also, i have a mac and pixlr works just fine on both safari and chrome, and it’s the closest website i’ve found so far to photoshop.

I want to try and make a few icons by adding two pictures together and being able to trim around them so they look like one. I have tryed splashup.com but I haven’t been able to do what I want. I also want to be able to edit colours and tilt the pictures. I know this is probably impossible but they need to be good quality. I don’t have enough money to buy photoshop and I probably never will.

I have no clue why you would want to "blur" two pics together, but I do know that you need an image editing program.

The very best is Adobe Photoshop CS4, but it is very expensive.

A more sensible choice might be Photoshop Elements (current version is 8), which is Photoshop’s smaller cousin - can’t do all the same things, but it is much cheaper and perfectly adequate for most people.

Another editing program you can get is the Gimp (free and legal). It isn’t pretty, has a big learning curve, but is a great program. http://www.gimp.org/

Or you can go to these free websites, but that option is nowhere near as good as having the program on your computer: http://www.picnik.com or http://www.picture2life.com/ or http://fotoflexer.com/ or http://www.sumopaint.com/ or http://aviary.com/

The last two are your best bet for more complicated tasks.

You will need to do a lot of reading and learning - those skills don’t happen without effort. Luckily, there are lots of resources available to help you. Start by reading the program’s helpfiles, looking for online tutorials, and checking your library for books.

I draw and paint a lot but most of the time, the product comes out dim from the scanner, or there’s noticeable pencil strokes that I’d like to be cleaner. Does anyone have any recommendations on software or a program that’s ideal for that kind of photo editing? Like, art editing?

So i dont have a mac but i saw when my friends took pictures on their webcam thehy could use these cool effects and color schemes. are there any downloadable programs for a PC that alow u to use theses cool effects. I really like the one thats like four of the picture and each one has a different color scheme. that ones cool. OH and free is good haha

You probably have Windows Movie Maker on your computer. See this link for supported file types http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308464 and Movie Maker only effectively supports videos that are about a half hour.
