I have a new iMac. I do not know all of the programs, but does anyone know if the standard mac with leopard and iLife comes with a photo editing software? I’d like to be able to do something like put a horse head on a person.

iPhoto is part of iLife.
It’s a photo organizer and basic editor.

You can get GIMP, which is a free alternative to Photoshop.
