there is no flash, whats attached to the camera is the wireless commander. it basically activates the strobelights on click. the flash you see are the strobelights initiated. setups are on reflects. most occasion, on 200 ISO, we use 1/200, f./6.3, and a prime lens is preferable (35mm). play with the aperture till satisfied.

There is no flash …
There is no flash on the camera, that’s the radio trigger unit that fires the other strobes. The only fill light is that from the main light bouncing from the reflector. For more info / questions please visit the website. Thanks!

This is a fabulous lesson. I really enjoyed the way you presented the information. I kind-of understood how the 3 different lighting styles worked before but now I really get it and I can’t wait to get home and play!
